Introduced Scrum and Agile Ways of Working to payment processing startup Merci So Much. Facilitated weekly retrospectives and sprint planning meetings and provided individual coaching to both co-founders. This enabled the startup to smoothly transition to remote working during the strict covid-19 lockdown phases in Paris and to pivot their business model towards a new client base.
Kick-started SolidariTee's Strategy Day with a group brainstorming on strategic priorities and an overview of options for future development within a prioritisation matrix. This session was a real turning point for the team: it created excitement for SolidariTee's mission & vision and alignment across all team members from staff to volunteers with everyone feeling empowered to contribute.
Kickstarted the 2020/21 mentoring programme of Level 20, a non-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving gender equality in the private equity industry. An introductory session on "mentoring do's and don'ts" for mentees and mentors, followed by "speed dating" of the mentoring pairs to allow them to discuss and agree on how they would like to structure their individual mentoring relationship.
