How many hours are included in the programme?
The programme has a total of 125 hours, 100 of which are real-time interactions between students and faculty (so called "student contact hours") and 25 of which are for independent study, independent practice and reflection, reading and writing.
The content is split evenly between insight sessions (2 hours) and coaching practice (2 hours) in small teams with individualised feedback / mentor coaching. Participants further benefit from 10 hours of individual coaching over the duration of the programme.
Is School of Change open to non-coaches?
Absolutely. The programme is for change makers. It is grounded in deep coaching competence because we believe coaching to be an absolutely necessary skill to lead through sustainable change with profound impact, but not all participants want to formally certify as coaches with the ICF thereafter. And that's absolutely fine. We care about equiping you with the resilience, mindset and skills required to empower you to solve today’s complex problems.
Is School of Change a coach training programme?
Yes. Participants who successfully complete all modules can apply to become a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. Faculty will guide you through the requirements. Our goal is for School of Change to be an ICF accredited programme at ACTP level by Q3 2021. This will provide participants with a fast track route onto both ACC and PCC levels of certification with the ICF.
Are there requirements students must meet to enter the programme?
The programme does not have formal entry requirements.
However, you must commit to investing the time required for your growth. The time commitment is of ca. 5-6 hours per week: 2 hours of insight lectures by faculty, 2 hours of small team coaching practice and 1-2 hours of reflective work, reading, journaling.
What do you mean by lifetime access?
