Introduced Scrum and Agile Ways of Working to payment processing startup Merci So Much. Facilitated weekly retrospectives and sprint planning meetings and provided individual coaching to co-founders. This enabled them to smoothly transition to remote working during covid-19 and to pivot towards a new client base.
